GCL collaborates with the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund (IC Fund) to undertake major national technology projects, achieving comprehensive coverage in the production of silicon components, ranging from custom-sized to 12-inch silicon wafer factories. This initiative bridges the gap in domestic electronic-grade silicon materials and provides a stable supply of high-end foundational materials to support the development of "Chinese Chip".

Electronic Grade Polycrystalline Silicon

Electronic grade polycrystalline silicon is a key foundational material used in integrated circuits, with a purity requirement of 99.999999999% or higher. Xinhua Semiconductor has solved the key problems that have long plagued the mass production of high-purity electronic grade polysilicon in China, such as trace impurity purification, high-level clean control, and online quality monitoring throughout the entire process. It is the world's first intelligent non-contact silicon material processing system and other core technologies, breaking the long-term monopoly of foreign countries and forming a complete set of technologies with independent intellectual property rights. It has solved the front-end raw material support of the 12-inch wafer localization chain.

Large-size Semiconductor Wafers

GCL has achieved a significant breakthrough in overcoming foreign technological barriers in semiconductor materials. It has made crucial strides in the import substitution and domestic production of electronic-grade silicon materials and large semiconductor wafers. The product range of large semiconductor wafers encompasses 12-inch lightly-doped and heavily-doped polished wafers, epitaxial wafers, customized silicon wafers, and silicon rods.
