As the auspicious Bingwu Year of the Horse approaches, on behalf of the Board of Directors of GCL Group and all colleagues in mainland China, I extend my sincere New Year greetings and best wishes to every employee working in the Americas, Europe, Africa, Australia, Southeast Asia, Japan, Central Asia, the Middle East, Hong Kong SAR, and to your families who support you silently.

In 2025, we forged ahead through trials and hardships, and successfully achieved all expected targets of the Group. Our internationalization process has delivered frequent good news and gratifying results. We have gradually expanded R&D institutions, improved sales channels and set up business representative offices in the United States, Japan, Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East and other regions, bringing GCL’s high-quality products and professional solutions to the global market steadily, laying a solid foundation for the development of the “New Global GCL”.

Every achievement is attributed to the painstaking efforts of all GCL members. It is also a vivid practice of upholding GCL’s “Family Culture” and the philosophy of “strive persistently with a fighting spirit”. It would not be possible without the selfless dedication of our overseas employees and the silent support of your families. For the Group’s global entreprise, you have left your loved ones behind to create value for the enterprise and bring glory to the motherland, making many sacrifices in caring for the elderly, accompanying your partners and raising your children. You have interpreted the original aspiration and mission of GCL people with responsibility. For this, I extend my highest respect and sincere gratitude to you all!

As we ring out the old year and ring in the new, a new journey unfolds before us. While the motherland is immersed in the peaceful atmosphere of the Year of the Horse and hundreds of millions of compatriots gather to celebrate the festival, you still stick to your posts in foreign lands for the vigorous development in global green energy, fulfilling your responsibilities with perseverance. No matter where you are in the world, there will always be a warm light shining for you in GCL’s big family. Here, I sincerely ask you to organize Chinese and foreign colleagues around you to celebrate the Spring Festival with both Chinese charm and local characteristics in line with the local customs and practices. Prepare traditional Chinese New Year food such as dumplings according to local conditions, and taste local delicacies together. Promote the integration of Chinese and foreign cultures in joy and laughters, and let the flower of friendship bloom in mutual companionship. On New Year’s Eve, please do make video calls to greet your families back home, share the joy of celebrating the 2026 Year of the Horse at home and abroad, and please convey my deepest care and sincere New Year wishes to your families on my behalf. I will also personally visit some frontline project bases to extend my greetings to you!

Galloping like the wind, we strive for success in foreign lands. The year 2026 marks the beginning of China’s 15th Five-Year Plan and a crucial year for the deepening and upgrading of GCL’s global strategy. Let us join hands and strive bravely to embrace new challenges and create new glories. GCL Group will always care for the well-being of all overseas employees, further improve the overseas employee welfare and security system, refine the newly revisedManagement Standards for Overseas Employee Welfare through the two key initiatives of the “Family Care Program” and “Employee Development Program”, and continuously optimize the global employee care system. Please rest assured that GCL will always be your strongest backing and warmest home!

I hope that in the new year, you will continue to inherit and carry forward GCL’s spirit of “Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Striving and Leading”, take the initiative to integrate into local communities, act as disseminators of GCL culture and bridges for China-foreign exchanges, realize self-value in promoting the Group’s global development, and write a new chapter in boosting the global green energy cause.
