Zhu Gongshan, chairman of the Asian Photovoltaic Industry Association and the board of directors of GCL-Poly, gave seven suggestions for the innovative development of scattered photovoltaic power generation recently in the forum of photovoltaic power generation convened by National Energy Administration. Zhu Gongshan provided seven suggestions, including “improving the efficiency of conversion through reducing the cost of materials production and reforming the applications of cell technology, and decreasing governmental subsidies.”
